Paul works as an experiential outdoor educator, facilitating opportunities for students to explore the natural world. His interest in Farm to School stems from previous experience working as a farm manager, a meat cutter, an active gardener. Currently, his homestead produces fruits and vegetables, eggs, maple syrup, rabbits and all things sheep-related. He strives to provide meaningful, hands-on experiences where students challenge themselves to grow outside of their comfort zones. For nearly ten years he has worked with youth in a variety of settings including the wilderness, traditional school and public schools.
